Boom Energy Gels Review
I dislike energy gels, in general, immensely. Up until I started training for a marathon, I could avoid them, but I knew I had to find one I could consume. What is different about these is that they are made of real fruit concentrate.
They aren't too thick. The flavors are OK. I love bananas. I eat at least one a day, but it is my least favorite flavor. Only the orange has caffeine.
I can't say that I love this stuff, but it is the only gel I'll buy. To me, Boom is the best of them.
