I am right smack in the middle of marathon training. Due to illness, I had to take 8 days off in March. I had terrible stomach pains that warranted a visit to the ER, two CT scans, blood-work, etc. The doctor insisted that I stop running. Antibiotics seemed to have cure me, I am fine, now.
I still managed 157.7 miles in March. Last week, I ran 60 miles, which is a weekly mileage PR, for me.
