Monday URD, 2/19/2018
I didn't do anything today, and, frankly, I'm struggling with it. I need to work on that. I didn't run because my feet hurt when I woke up. Both feet hurt in different places. I know that in order to train effectively, I really do have to listen to my body and adjust. It is difficult to do that, but I have to.
