Saturday, October 27, 2018 Downy or Hairy?

I love this tree. It isn't on our property, but it hangs over our fence. It attracts so many amazing birds. I think this is a Woodpecker. I've got it narrowed down to two different types, but I have no idea which it is. It could be a Downy Woodpecker or possible a Hairy Woodpecker.  The pics in google look exactly the same to me. Any ideas?
