Easy Thursday, 3/8/2018
Yesterday was a rest day. After work, I went to my sons’ track meet. I spent at least four hours shivering. No matter how many layers I wear, I never seem to figure out how to stay warm. I was tired when I got home. I told myself that I was going to get up and run in the morning, but deep down I knew I wouldn’t. Since, I didn’t get up this morning, I decided to save my marathon pace run until tomorrow. After work, today, I warmed up with some rope jumping, and ran 11 miles at an easy pace.
