Yesterday, I did exercises and hip exercises, but more importantly, I reached my 2017 mile goal.  I have had an amazing year running, but injury and health concerns took their toll this year.  I wasn't sure that I could do it, but I did.  That is the most that I've ever logged in a year. Welcome to my Run, Rest, Repeat training log and blog.
