I did the normal neighborhood cool-down at the end.

TH, 7/2/2015 HILL
DH and I were supposed to get up for a morning run, but we didn't get out of bed, so I went for a run a little later in the morning. With much trepidation, I chose the hill route. I haven't done it in a awhile, so I was afraid. I did a mile warm-up on the treadmill, peaking at about an 8:30 pace. I felt strong, but I did have to stop back home to use the restroom. At the end of the run, I was able to go amazingly fast. It didn't feel nearly as difficult as the usual race home. Stats for the run follow.
